Laura is a talented real estate broker based in Alaska, with offices in California and Texas. She is a respected professional who has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Laura has a proven track record of excellence in property management, maintenance operations, standards of care, risk management, design consulting, and construction, among others.

She was honored to receive the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) of the Year Award for two consecutive years (2005 and 2006) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Alaska Chapter for her exceptional service to the Property Management profession.
For over two decades, she has held several state and national officer positions with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), serving as the regional vice president, governing councilor, student and academic outreach advisory board member, Alaska Chapter president, and president-elect. She was also an approved State of Alaska Real Estate Commission instructor, which adds to her impressive portfolio.
She is an accomplished real estate broker. Laura is also proud to serve as one of the founding Advisory Board Members for the Weidner Property Management & Real Estate Program at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA).
